Cyber Shop Cyprus is operated by N.N. Cyber Digital Products LTD (company registration HE 453013), Angelou Terzaki 21, 2321 Lakatamia, Nicosia, Cyprus. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.
We handle your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018 on the protection of personal data.

Saved only on your device
Some tools on our website, such as the contact form, return request form and packing checklist, remember what you've typed in your own browser so you don't lose it. This stays on your device. It isn't sent to us until you choose to send a message, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Content from other websites
Some pages include a Google Maps map and fonts loaded from Google Fonts. When these load, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. See Google's privacy policy.

Only our own team members who need it can access your data. We share it outside our company only with trusted partners who help us run our shop, and only as much as they need:

We may also share data with public authorities where the law requires it, or to protect our rights. We never sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some of our partners, such as Shopify, Google and Meta, may process your data outside the European Economic Area, for example in Canada or the United States.
When that happens, the transfer is protected by safeguards the GDPR recognises. These include European Commission adequacy decisions (such as for Canada or the EUāUS Data Privacy Framework) and the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.
How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Marketing messages
We only send marketing emails if you've agreed to receive them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time. Unsubscribing doesn't affect messages about your orders, such as confirmations and delivery updates.
Children
Our website isn't aimed at children. In Cyprus, children under 14 need a parent or guardian's consent for online services that rely on consent. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 14 without it. If you think a child has given us their data, please contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use encryption (HTTPS) and secure systems to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Only people who need your data to do their job can see it. Payments are handled by secure, certified payment providers.
If a data breach ever puts your rights at risk, we'll notify the Commissioner and, where required, tell you directly, as the law requires.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For important changes, we may also let you know by email or on our website.
